Blue Cross Blue Shield (Federal, Anthem, & Non-Michigan) Plans
As of 7/14/26, billing of the above plans is paused due to non-payment and breech of contract by insurance companies. We are working to resolve this issue. Clients can still self-pay and submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
