How to Get Your Money Back (Superbill)

1. Pay Our Fee: You pay us in full at the time of your appointment.
2. Get Your Superbill: We instantly provide you with a Superbill—a detailed receipt with all the medical codes your insurance needs.
3. Submit to BCBS: You submit this Superbill directly to BCBS of Michigan using their dedicated form (which you can find here).
4. Receive Reimbursement: BCBS will send the reimbursement check directly to you.
